It has been working successfully commission in the field of importing and supplying promotional items since July 2008. To strengthen the acceptability and legal frame and widen the scope of work of the organization the founders registered it in the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firm, Dhaka, Bangladesh as a private limited company in  July 19, 2018.
